Neglected Tropical Diseases

Every five minutes, two children die under the age of 5 years, due to cerebral malaria in Africa. These lives can be saved if a treatment is available designed for unconscious children. This project is focusing on the development of a pediatric dosage form for infants and small children, that can be used in extreme climate conditions, containing the recommended drugs to rescue small children from this serious disease.
